My goal as a psychotherapist is to help you increase happiness and satisfaction with your self, your relationships, and your life, while decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and conflicts you may be suffering.
By increasing awareness of long-standing patterns and personal perceptions, family experiences and current situations we can find ways to relieve the pain, address the causes, and increase the balance and joy in your life.
I work collaboratively using information which includes family and childhood history, and the current situations and issues, and spiritual orientation. I want to understand the obstacles that are preventing you from experiencing a meaningful, satisfying life.
My perspective is Jungian and psychodynamic, but I use the tools of cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused insights, dream work and even insight oriented Tarot.
